Great pizza, great ambiance, great prices. Solid pizza place hidden all the way down Rush St. this play stays busy, but make an effort to make sure you're taken care of. Got one of the supremes and legitimately could've put the toppings on two pizzas. You get your moneys worth!

Food was delicious! Would go back if we're in the area. My husband and I found this place on Yelp since we were passing through, but did not disappoint. Service was great. We ordered the large family combo that came with a large pizza and their potatoes, both bomb! Would go back again!

Wait. PASTRAMI PIZZA?! Yep. Loaded on a thick, slightly sweet seasoned crust with crispy on the edges and tender-in-the-middle pastrami that melted in my mouth. They hit it with mustard, pickles, groovy seasonings and mozzarella then blast it all in their pizza oven to ultimate perfection. Smiling waitresses serving Ice cold MODELO, PACIFICO, BLUE MOON or BUD LIGHT on tap. Easy parking in back. Ready, set, ZA'!

What I ordered: -Large Cheese Pizza (Free) -Large Pastrami Pizza ($27.99) LA is a pastrami city. Everyone has a favorite local pastrami place that they grew up going to or eating at. I came across Baby Bros awhile back, but its not in an area I normally go to. I've wanted to try their pastrami pizza for a long time, but never was motivated to go out to El Monte. Last month, I received a flyer in the mail offering a free large cheese or pepperoni pizza. Like most people, I wanted to the last to go. I went to Baby Bros with countless other people clutching their flyers as they went inside the restaurant. The time has finally arrived. I had an opportunity to try their infamous pastrami pizza. I redeemed the coupon for a free large cheese pizza for my son and I ordered a large pastrami pizza. Most the large pizzas go for $19.99, but the pastrami pizza is a speciality pizza and goes for $27.99 for a large and $23.99 for a small. I opted for the large as a difference in $4 is not much of a difference in price for a large. The Pastrami Pizza was literally a pastrami sandwich in the form of a pizza. It was covered in pastrami with mustard and pickles. They still use a tomato based sauce underneath cheese. I'm not going to lie. It was fantastic. I like the soft and chewy crust. The crust reminded me of a chain in Massachusetts called Bertucci's. It took me right back to my childhood with one bite. I love when food can bring out nostalgia. The Pastrami Pizza was covered with mustard and the gooey cheese was mustard yellow colored which is something you don't see normally. I brought some slices of Pastrami home and the wife who doesn't like pizza liked this pie. That's how I know its legit. The cheese was pretty good. My son liked it, but he likes any kind of pizza if we're being honest. There's seating inside the restaurant and a few televisions playing. I asked for them to put on one of the Monday night games and forgot to put it on. That wasn't a big deal. I just didn't want to watch the evening news with all the violent things going on in the city. Some of tables were dirty and not cleaned off when people left with cheese covering the table. I was waiting for my pizza to-go. So, it didn't really both me and to be fair they were so busy. I wouldn't come here for the cheese pizza, but I would come here for the pastrami pizza. It would be a once year kind of treat not something I would indulge in frequently.

Great food and value. Everything is made fresh to order. The staff takes your order right away and your food comes out in 15-20 minutes. This place can get busy especially when there is any sports game going on. Chicken Wings- 9/10 Wings are tiny but they are flavorful. Mushroom Pizza- 10/10 Pizza was great and the dough had flavor that we even ate the crust. Would love to come by again for their lunch specials.
